Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved and trained pets on our premises. Please find our rules below.

Pets must comply with local legislation requirements. Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest in communal areas. Pet must be kept on a lead when in the hotel or on hotel property unless in the guest’s room.

Guest is to confirm number and breed of pets upon direct booking, limitations may apply. Please note, not all bedrooms are pet friendly and are subject to availability. For a comfortable stay for you and your pet, a maximum of 2 pets per room. Guests can bring pets into the hotel room via the front entrance only.

Verification that vaccinations are complete and up to date may be required.

Pets can only be left unattended in the guest room if secured in a pet crate or carrier.

Your pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements.

Pets must always be on a lead whilst in communal areas.

No pets are permitted on the hotel beds, or other furniture, a linen cleaning charge will be applied separately if required.

Pets must not be walked through the Main Restaurant. On arriving at the property please use the Main Entrance.

Pets must only be walked on the designated pet area(s) of the hotel grounds.

The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel grounds and disposing of the waste in the outside bin.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighbourhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.

Guests are responsible for all property damage (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damages.

We have in-room amenities including a pet bed, and water bowl for you to use during your stay. Please leave them behind for the next guest. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any replacement fee.

Please ensure that all pets are on a flea program.

A non-refundable pet fee of the full stay (£35.00 per stay) is charged to the guest at the time of arrival.

A valid credit or debit card number must remain on file at the front desk once checked in.

Housekeeping and Maintenance Service: I agree to make my room available for housekeeping and/or maintenance needs and will arrange to have my pet out of the room to accommodate this service, if required.

Pet-Friendly Areas - Guest Room, Main Lobby, Corridors, Bar and Outside. Pets are not allowed in the main restaurant.

Pet must weigh less than 20kg or be a medium to large dog (Labrador size).

Soiled rooms or other indoor areas will be cleaned professionally at the guest’s expense.

Pets that can not be controlled or that bark excessively, disturbing other guests will be asked to leave, and the room duration will be charged as normal.
